E-platon, gives the Food Industry a tool for interpreting laboratory findings relevant to HACCP control and current European food legislation. At the same time, it will consist a thorough and timely update of the hygiene and safety requirements of the food industry as well as related quality assurance systems.

The project constitutes an innovative approach to the regulatory compliance with the food industry, which with the participation of food businesses will substantially contribute to the overall competitiveness of the market.

The goal of the E-platon is to shape the production and the packaging of meat in line with international food quality and safety standards, making it a benchmark.
